Code Generator for ITK API Wrappers

The itk gem enables one to write ITK programs using Ruby, as it offers method wrappers for most ITK functions.

These wrappers are tedious to write manually, hence this code generator which will generate them automatically.

The command line expects a configuration file listing which headers to process and which file must be generated.

It also needs to be able to locate the actual Teamcenter libraries via the IMAN_ROOT environment variable.
