foboha_ipem_rename_drawings

Post-process DRW lines in a IPEM instructions file.

We update the item_id and item_name to match the one of their corresponding parts (we create additional lines in case there is more than one part related to the drawing).

The IPEM instructions file has been generated by an IPEM import in dry-run mode. We also parses the log of that run in order to retrieve the association between the part and its drawing.

Note: we still expect the instructions file to have been preprocessed in such a way that item ids have been assigned to PRT and ASM lines.

Optionally, with --rename, we also rename the drawing file to use the item_id as its base name (the model_name is also updated in that case).
